GENERAL CIRCULAR NO. 22/2021
DTD. 29TH DECEMBER, 2021
The MCA in continuation to its General Circular No. 17/2021 dtd. 29th October, 2021, has decided to provide relaxation on levy of additional fees for filing of financial statement and annual return for F.Y. ended on 31st March, 2021 up to the following dates:
AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL & AOC-4 non-XBRL - 15TH FEBRUARY, 2022
MGT-7 & MGT-7A - 28TH FEBRUARY, 2022
During the said period, only normal fees shall be payable for the filing of the aforementioned forms.
