The Ministry of Finance vide its notification dated 19th August, 2021 has amended the Foreign Exchange Management (Non-Debt Instruments) Rules, 2019.
These rules may be called the Foreign Exchange Management (Non-Debt Instruments) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2021.
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
In said Rules, in Schedule 1, in the Table,- the following changes are being taking place.
